Goals and Objectives: To improve teacher skills and knowledge of their programs by use of federal funds, with training, equipment and in-service. Provide support to student organizations at local, state, and national conferences. Work cooperatively with career and technical education (CTE) state staff and program managers in the collection of data; and evaluation of programs.
